HOW LONG DO ORDERS USUALLY TAKE TO PROCESS?
Once payment has been completed, orders typically take 1 to 3 working days to process before shipment.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Due to high demand, and the current global COVID-19 crisis; the current wait time for all regions is about 1 - 3 weeks as stated on the product description (Some countries in Europe, delivery takes 1-2 weeks. UK and Germany normally between 5-12 days). We will be updating this accordingly soon. While most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause delays in shipment.
WHERE WILL ORDERS BE SHIPPED FROM?
Your orders will be shipped from our various fulfillment centers around the world. Our product research team are unfaltering in sourcing only the best quality products and material from the most experienced and reliable manufacturers.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?
Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. In the scenario where no one is at home to receive the package, the postman will leave a collection slip and you will have to proceed to the post office to collect your package.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal via our two payments gateways PayPal and Stripe.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?
This usually happens due to an incorrect email. Do make sure that your email is indeed correct when you place an order. Do kindly check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We only allow order cancellation within 12 hours after you have made payment. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours. Please understand that once we have sent out your order to the postal company, we are no longer able to cancel your order. Do drop us an email should you want to proceed with cancellation.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER/SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive the product. If 14 days have gone by since, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do note to not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us as well. We do recommend emailing our support team for full details.
